Potential Draft Deals
I always like to see threads on trade possibilities.
I got to thinking and if we now draft Towns and the Lakers get Okafor I think it would make us good trade partners.
Maybe putting a deal together of Dieng and Payne for Randle and the Lakers pick from Houston. Randle and Okafor are a bit redundant, kind of like Dieng and Towns. We can also nab a late first that we could package with our second rounders to move up into the mid first hopefully and grab Tyus Jones. If they dont want Payne which is likely maybe we part with Muhammad in the trade.
So we have
Rubio/Jones
Martin/Lavine
Wiggins/Free Agent or Bjelica
Randle/KG
Towns/Pek
Team just seems to fit nicely. Am I crazy?

Dieng + Payne isn't enough to get you half of Randle let alone Randle and a pick. Yeesh!

Thoughts on taking Towns and trading back up and taking WCS? keep that good combination rolling in the NBA
Re: Potential Draft Deals
I don't see the Lakers trading Randle at this point

Flip's already said during his interview that he's not trading the #1 pick, just for the record

Never say never, but I highly doubt it and this is coming from the guy who says we will trade for cousins

And thats why I said it would be more likely it would end up Muhammad and Dieng for Randle and the pick.
Re: Potential Draft Deals
Still won't get it done, Randle would be the perceived best player in the trade and they wont give up a pick also
