Love to Denver?
From the sounds of it, the Nuggets are in play for Kevin Love. What do you think? They've got some pieces that could be attractive to the Wolves in Faried, Gallinari, Fournier, Hickson, #11 pick. I'm not sure if Love would sign an extension there though. Thoughts?

why would the wolves need faried? All these trades that popped up worry me big time. None of these trades make the wolves any better. If the celtics are "in the lead" so to speak, we are in big trouble

I read a report earlier that said Golden State was in the lead followed by Chicago and Denver.
Re: Love to Denver?
I don't think a trade of Gallo, Chandler, Foye and Faried, 11 and a 2016 first for Love, LRAM and Bud would not be to bad IMO, But I do love Chandler a lot more than most.
PG: Rubio/Barea/Lavine (13)/Shved
SG: Martin/Foye/Shabzz
SF: Gallo/Chandler/Brewer/Shabazz
PF: Faried/Mcdermott (11)/ Gallo (small ball)
C: Pek/Dieng/Turiaf

I'm a huge Faried fan, I'd prefer him to Taj Gibson or Jared Sullinger.alexftbl8181 wrote:why would the wolves need faried? All these trades that popped up worry me big time. None of these trades make the wolves any better. If the celtics are "in the lead" so to speak, we are in big trouble

I actually hate watching Faried play, and the little fame he got went to his head. He is an undersized PF with little offensive skill who succeeds through effort. Unfortunately those guys don't usually last. Teams learn how to stop the few moves they have, and the effort wanes as they get older.
Re: Love to Denver?
I'm a big gallinari fan. Felt bad that he suffered that injury that kept him out of last season. That said, I would love to have him on the team and believed he will be a good fit to Rubio and flip's system. Gallo, faired, Arthur, fournier and 11th pick for love and jj.
Il look to move farried to a 3rd team along with Martin. Maybe farried Can fetch us the 8th from the kings and we use 8th and 13th to move up in the draft. Farried and Martin to Detroit for a sign and trade for Monroe. A deal with denver is not the best deal but it's better than a deal with Boston, Chicago or Sacramento for me.

Faried + Martin for Monroe? Why? What's the difference between 14/9 and 15/9? Both are poor on defense, both are 24. Faried seems like the better fit for Rubio, to be honest. I guess I'm not as high on Monroe as some are. Just seems like we'd be throwing away the better fit/player + a good SG.

Monroe is good cam and better than farried. Monroe gives us versatility as he can play 4 and 5 and is a good passing big, which fits flip' system. He is also near 7ft tall compared to farried who is 6'8-6'9. Defense are not their strong suits and il take the 7 footer over the undersize pf. Monroe also has a post game and is better scorer while farried gets most his points off hassle and setups.
For me, this is the 3rd best deal out there next to cavs and warriors. Better than any deal involving Boston, Chicago, Phoenix and Sacramento.
