GDT: Minnesota at Los Angeles (Preseason)

Post by Camden [enjin:6601484] »

Karl-Anthony Towns is inactive for tonight's game against the Lakers, however, D'Angelo Russell and Rudy Gobert are set to be active. This is exciting. I'm ready to see their chemistry grow with every pick-and-roll.

It will be interesting to see if Anderson gets the start at the 4 or does Finchy throw us another curve ball.

Naz Reid gets the start at the four tonight -- likely to replicate a two-big lineup.

Yup, plus he theoretically can pick and pop like KAT, albeit not nearly as accurate. Assume they will play drop coverage too. Should be interesting to watch the first quarter or so. Not sure Gobert and DLO will play much in the second half.

Nowell is an awesome finisher with either hand. He really makes some difficult lays.

Is KAT going bowling after the game?

But then he misses a wide open 3 and a wide open mid-ranger after a killer Rudy pick....and then a free throw to boot. In the aggregate he's a pretty efficient scorer, but he's sort of odd in that it seems like his shot makes and misses have no correlation with how much time and space he has.

McLaughlin is such a crafty little player.
