It was a really great draft for the Purple, jd. I enjoyed Scoggins' article about Floyd in the Strib last weekend...sounds like he has his head screwed on right. It's bizarre to me that he dropped so far in the first round due to character issues, because he shows a lot of maturity. I'm a huge Leslie Frazier fan, as a man at least...I don't have enough info to evaluate him as a coach yet...and he is exactly the right kind of guy to mentor a guy like Floyd who seems to really need father figures. I foresee a great career for him.

Very cool...it's hard not to start getting anxious. I like the fact that all 3 don't have to be "the guy" at their positions. They can come in and contribute with a little less pressure-this is turning into a very well rounded team. I'm really liking Jennings/Patterson a lot more than having Harvin. People assume that just because he's going to a very good Seattle team that he won't get banged up like he always does. He's dynamic, yes. But an injury seems to always be lurking.

Which of these 3 do you guys think has the best rookie year?

Which of these 3 do you guys think has the best rookie year?
For some reason I think Rhodes takes off, but I have no idea who to guess.

I would say Rhodes he's gonna have play good physical defense outside or else it's gonna be a long season. Patterson will probably effect every third game with a long run after catch or KR. Floyd though I like him best of the three usually Dt struggle the most of three positions.
