No, if the Wolves finish in the bottom 13 they keep the pick. If the Wolves finish 14th and Phoenix wins the championship they still get the pick.

Ya...Cousin's is looking amazing right now. I was 100% against him. Man, him next to Love would probably be a bad idea......but if they played together the way that they are playing right now........we would be a top 5 team.
