Rookie of the Year

Last year's draft was advertised as a weak one, and it looks like the experts were right. There really aren't many rookies that are positively impacting their teams.
I would argue that the only rookie that has significantly outperformed expectations is Carter-Williams, and that he is the clear front runner for ROY. Oladipo is sure fun to watch and I still think he will be a future star, but he's shooting under 40% and turning the ball over more than four times a game. All of the best shooters in the lottery (McLemore, Burke, KCP, Karasev, Bennett) are all shooting under 40%, and some are way under.
Does anyone want to make a case for someone other then Carter-Williams? He's been a big surprise to me.
