Even with Harden out I still see this as a tough game. But the 4th quarter is where the Rockets may really miss him--he's beat the wolves single handed a couple times by going CP3 on us. Also, it sure doesn't hurt that the Wolves starters were able to rest last night. They should be able to play heavy minutes if necessary.
