I am. First full game i could watch in a while. Figured it would be possible to get a win, but the more I watch Thad loaf around like he's lost all heart to play, the more I realize Christmas is over and all the gifts have been opened.

It's hard to believe that he has so many points when he looks so lost out there. I used to thought it was bad when Love couldn't keep Faried off the boards but Thad is even worse.

I feel bad for Dieng. It is really hard to judge his D because he seems to play it by himself.

It's not pretty. I'm only impressed by a couple people tonight; dieng, Muhammed, and wiggins. And each of those have left plays on the table in differing ways. But im not questioning any of their efforts. Still so much to learn about playing in the NBA.

On a side note. Has an offense ever killed someone's confidence so much as flips does to AB? Around the basket he looks competent, but flip sits him on the key and he looks unsure about everything.

I don't like how far he sags off the ball handler in the P&R. Seems to kills us a lot of the time. I wonder if that's on Gorgui or if Flip/Mitchell has instructed him to do so. Anybody else notice this?

Yeah. We need a pg that can slow dribble drives. And maybe a coach that doesn't drop our bigs into the paint on all pnr's.

Was thinking the same about Thad. The effort level isn't nearly what it's been in past years. Seems like he's saving his body for a season that matters. As a fan, I hate that. As a person with zero bias, I completely get it. Pau Gasol did it last year with the Lakers.

I'm wondering if they felt it was necessary to try and maintain some semblance of rebounding by not dragging our bigs out. Or because when we did that our rotations were less than stellar if a big got stuck.

Yeah but Pau had a legit resume. You would think Thad would be playing for his last legit pay day. He obviously has talent but it is really tough to watch him just get outworked.
