Courtside Seats

Post by commandoelite5 [enjin:8196470] »

I'm traveling from out of state to see the Kings and the Jazz play this weekend and am going to be sitting courtside for the Jazz game and am wondering if anyone had any experience with that here? Heard rumors you could get autographs before the game.

I think I've said it before on this board, but I'll say it again. There is no sports spectator experience like sitting courtside for an NBA game. Years ago, a client of mine had the 2 courtside seats next to the 4 Jimmy Jam Harris and Terry Lewis had, and I went to several games...never got tired of it, no matter how bad the game was. While it's sometimes difficult to follow the action that close, you truly gain an appreciation for how good these guys are. It's amazing to me that guys that big can be so athletic and skilled. And physical! I never liked Allen Iverson until I sat courtside for a 76ers game, and after that I had a whole new appreciation for him. He got beat up more than any player I have ever seen...jeez, he was like a pinball out there! But he kept coming back for more.

It's also interesting to hear all the talk up close...some strategic, some smack. By all means, if you have a chance to sit courtside, do it.
