What I've seen of him tough hardnosed guy does the dirty work nothing flashy. He isn't more than a deep bench guy but I kinda like him actually. It would have been nice to get a guy with more length but whatever he is a body they can throw at big guys.

He isn't a SF not sure why ESPN has him listed as one. He is an undersized big all the way.
Re: Jeff Adrien - he is ours!
I would have posted the bb-ref link, but their site is having problems right now.
Draft Express lists him as a PF. He's got long arms, with a overhead reach of a half inch short of 9'. Not bad.

I'd like to see Bennett play more 5 and Robbie play more 4 as the roster is currently constructed. Bennett is having a hard time with pick and roll. He is the better athlete but he hedges too far and is not able to recover fast enough. I think Robbie might actually cover better. Bennett's size and strength might work better in the paint. Then Big Daddy Canada could play more and there would be no need for Adrien.

Well, I'm glad they got some help. Interesting choice though....I was hoping PG or more of a C/PF option. At 6'-7, I'm not sure where he fits into things since we have Young, Hummel and Bennett at PF.
Has anyone heard or read anything on Turiaf? I haven't been able to find any details on his injury other than "hip". I'm wondering the extent of his injury and timetable for return.

It is an interesting choice, but I suspect Adrien's rebounding is what Flip was after. One of our problems defensively is that we have had problems keeping opposing teams off the offensive glass. We currently rank 23rd in defensive rebounding percentage. Adrien will step in and immediately be our best defensive rebounder, along with Dieng. Plus he's another veteran that has been around the block a few times. Hopefully he can help Bennett, who has been a disappointment on the boards.
