Who Was - Will Be the Best #2 Since The Bird/Magic Era

I'm leaving out a selection from the Lakers early 2000's dynasty because I consider Kobe and Shaq to both be #1's. I also take Worthy from the earlier Lakers dynasty because I see Magic and Kareem as #1's.

For me it comes down to Pippen and Love. I think Love is going to be that great in a #2 role.

I voted tony Parker part of dynasty and great team leader, plus the spurs have bee dominant his whole career as the #2 guy.

Its gotta be Pippen doesnt it? Jordan hadnt won squat till he came along. Stockton has a pretty good argument too.
If love has a place on that list already I would argue Westbrook should too.

Stockton never won a title. Maybe Alex's buddy Stocken did, but I don't know who he played for. Love is on there because he will win a title with Lebron IMO.

I would say so he's more of 1 than a 2 also but I guess just because of Duncan I put him as a 2.

I'm gonna say Pippen because out of these guys being a #2 he is arguably the best all-around player (as a #2) on that list. Pip was a heck of a basketball player.
