Wiggins vs Parker

Post by Coolbreeze44 »

If I'm the Bucks, I ask Parker - When do you plan on getting in shape? He looks like the Pillsbury dough boy.

Had the same thought...maybe he can lend a few of those pounds to Wiggins.

Bennett, on the other hand, looks big but in shape...looks much quicker. I'm looking for a bounceback year from him. Maybe for us, who knows.

I believe the dream of Wiggins here is dead. I don't see a deal with the Cavs anymore.

Really? Because he played in one summer league game the deal is dead? If Wiggins was untouchable they'd have signed him before the game to send that message clearly. Wiggins playing is them getting another look at him against slightly better competition to see if he lights the world on fire. Short of that, I see him in a Wolves uniform next season.

I can't see them risking him in a game like this. But in watching this, I can't believe the Cavs wouldn't take Love when they can. It's really insane.

I never bought into the dream, but Wiggins' playing tonight only lowers the chances of a deal a little in my estimation. It tells me that the Cavs aren't ready yet to include him in a deal. Perhaps after a couple games like tonight, where he doesn't look NBA-ready, might cause them to reassess.

Watching the past two #1's on the court at the same time really highlights the difference between a rookie and a second year guy. Bennett looks ready to contribute this year.

If it's too risky for him to play in this game b/c of a trade then it's too risky for him to play at all.
