Troy Daniels

Anybody catch that Rockets vs. Blazers game last night? The playoffs in general have been crazy, but it was especially wild to see a rookie get thrown into crunch time like that.

I think a few people on this board have perused the D-League stats and noticed this guy was taking 13 3-point shots per game and making 40% of them. Funny how the Rockets, who already take the most 3's in the league, still decided to pick this guy up.

Having one elite skill is all it takes to land a spot in an NBA rotation for years. Good for Daniels to make the most of his moment.

Thank god we had guys like Hummel and Price on the roster so we didn't have go after a guy like Daniels!

Just another example of why have very little confidence in our current front office. It's not only what they did over the past year, but also what they didn't do. Flip repeatedly talks about the importance of three point shooting; yet he drafted Shabazz instead of Hardaway and failed to acquire or sign players like Courtney Lee and Troy Daniels choosing instead to sign or trade for Price, Hummel and Luc MM. The Price signing was particularly odd.

I'm hoping for the best this summer but I just don't have any confidence in what appears to be a very mediocre front office.
