Farewell, Rick - Jazz GDT

Post by 60WinTim »

While we whine a lot about Adelman, and some of it deservedly so, it still falls onto the players to get the job done. Pek sucked to start the season. Martin, Love and others were about as unclutch as you can get in crunch time. Barea and Dante, expected to lead the bench, had subpar seasons that helped create one of the worst benches in the league. Shved and D-Will showed zero growth in their games. Bud never regained his form. And Rubio is still looking for a consistent shot.

But finishing at .500 is a reasonable milestone. Let's go out and get it for Rick!

Watching Burke go against Rubio is pretty entertaining. He is completely bothered by Rubio's length so far, to the point of being a non-factor

It's really great to see the growth of Dieng's post defense. He's generally been backed down with ease, but you can see he's figuring out how use his legs and body to make a stand. Keep it up!

Uh-oh. How come it looks like we checked out for the season one day early?

Hopefully Shved can lead the bench crew like he did in the first half against Houston!

Hedged the Jazz +550 on the moneyline tonight to avoid the disaster scenario with the over 40.5 wins bet. Almost got greedy and didn't hedge at all. Sorry Gordon Gekko, greed is not good.

Still make more money though if the Wolves win. But first they have to show up.
