Pretty good grading, kek...hate to see so many c's and d's after a stirring second half comeback, but they earned them in the first half and early 3rd quarter. I'll propose two changes:
1) I know I was about to give Bite Bite an F at one point, but his aggressive defense in the second half was a big part of our comeback...he really closed well on perimeter shooters. That combined with no turnovers makes me upgrade him slightly to a C.
2) I'm also upgrading Finchie to a B. JMac worked so hard out there on defense and he's not likely in game shape after so many DNP-CDs, so I'm guessing he was pretty gassed after 12 consecutive frantic minutes. I thought bringing Conley in for him was the right move. Finchie looks very frustrated with this team right now, and I'm guessing he was very loud and profane in the locker room at halftime. I'll give him some of the credit for the quarter and a half of turnover free ball after halftime...I think he might have scared the crap out of his team in the locker room.
