That grade for Ant is a tough one. I agree with it if you weight every minute of his time evenly, as he was a bit of a chucker (again) early and also didn't impact the game defensively. But that 4th quarter where he started making winning plays on both ends....tough not to put some extra weight on that.

NAW may also deserve a little boost relative to his role now as basically the 8th man. Gave us some great minutes again tonight.

That is a good point on Ant. Also the whole defense of gameplan for the Kings is to slow Ant down

Keek, Ant deserve a higher grade than B. More of B+ or A-. We dont win the game without his 4th quarter. He made enough shots to keep us in the game in the first 3 quarters as well.

I don't always like the way he goes about it, but Ant's compete level is so next level. He worked his butt off all night. I hope he learns to channel it a little better as he matures.

It depends on what you expect of Ant for a grade. If you think he is the leading MVP candidate then a B is quite fair (10 for 24 not exactly lights out either). His passing was pretty good. Like in the first game he could have had 8-10 assists if guys knock down shots. He looks more LeBron Lite with some of the passes. To be fair a few years ago he was trash as a playmaker. His game is expanding year after year.

To me, this should just be an avg game. You could almost argue C if you think he is now the best player in the NBA.

And yet the reports all talk about how Ant did the superstar thing and took over in the 4th, like the great players tend to do. If he learns to coast for 3 quarters of the game without the team falling to far behind, and then turns it on in the 4th, he is going to be remembered for the best parts.
