A Croce Pivot Test - Wolves at Spurs GDT

Post by 60WinTim »

The Wolves convincingly lost to the Spurs earlier this season. Our starting lineup was totally outplayed. So, this will be a great test for the Pivot. Can we play a much better defensive game? Because we certainly did not that last game.

And of course, all eyes will be on Slim to see if he can continue his strong play!

You don't tug on Superman's cape
You don't spit into the wind
You don't pull the mask off that old Lone ranger
And you don't mess around with Slim!

The defense these last couple weeks has been so much better. It's not pretty basketball, but I don't care if we're winning! Let's keep it up!

Also, Jim Croce went to Villanova, so maybe this thread title is a sign of good things to come from Donte.

Let's see which Wolves team shows up to play a fringe play in team that is ahead of schedule on the rebuild.

Dang! I almost missed the start of the game because I have been glued to the Bills at Lions game. But Bills up 3 scores has me feeling pretty good!

Okay, I swear Randle could have grabbed that loose ball, but he half-assed it trying to get there. Grrr…
