I don’t think either is realistic. They both have a lot of value around the League and will get non-taxpayer MLE offers. Maybe there’s a sign-and-trade possibility with Detroit if they’re interested in Josh Green.

This facility appears to be too basic and public for LeBron. Maybe Marc and A-Rod can have a large private indoor golf facility built exclusively for Wolves players, executive staff and family.
