Philly is trying to make Okorie's life a hell with on ball defenders. He held up ok when he got switched onto Broome on D so that's something.

Philo had a nice half and I can see why people were really excited about him and yet he dropped to the Sixers at 21. He is wildly shitty and while he missed some shots he made several moves to get to the paint and had good looks. He also had some nice passes.
One play bothered me though. He was on the left wing at the 3 point line and he made a move to shake the defender who went down. He side steps and then gave the guy a look before shooting the ball. That was enough time for the defender to get back in the play to contest. I think he clearly fouled Philon but it was not called and led to an air ball. Philon plays with a fun energy but that was a dumb play.
Okorie had a tougher time on his side they were guarding him tough all half although Laundry was the guy on him and inside his jersey. Detroit did start guarding Philon more closely but Okogie had less of a runway from the get. He ended up having some nice plays and hit a nice 3.
Coach James White came up and gave hugs to some people that are cheering for Maddox Jr. White just seems like a really great dude. He reminds me of a guy I know through work. If he is half the human that guy is the Wolves have a good guy on the coaching staff.

The 2nd half has totally flipped. Philon had one drive that was terrific but an even better recovery block negated it. Okoroie has been awesome making plays on both ends and is up to 16 points doing it in a variety of ways.
My guy Bryce Williams who played at Nebraska is looking like just an ok guy. I thought he had a chance to be a solid complimentary player but it seems he just hasn't done enough. He also looks sleeker maybe he is trying to be even more of a guard.

Not a good end to that 3rd quarter for Philon. Some dude got into him and ultimately the ball went out of bounds. He had an end of quarter possession and he ended up taking a 3 against 2 guys that got blocked. Philly may want Lebron after all but he might not want to play with Philon... I'm just kidding!!!

I decided to mix it up and went over to Thomas and Mack. The lower area was basically full very few seats and the Warriors were crushing the Mavs which seems like a surprise so I eventually went back over to the Cox Pavilion it's just a much better experience compared to Mack. When the Wolves player there I will need to get a relatively good seat.

In the Charlotte and Magic game Liam Mcneelly looked awesome. At first I was like oh no e a shooter with size. Then he started doing some playmaking and then he had a post up. Dude was doing everything and just looking like an excellent basketball player.
Watching Ryan Kalkbrenner is kinda interesting. He is a good basketball player with enough athletic ability and a lot of size. There is still a little awkwardness and what I will start calling a certain lack of being able to play with real force. This may factor into Rocco at some point but he is a much younger player with room to grow and a different possible offensive skill set.
I also saw what teams liked Steinbach. He was all over the place in a good way and did good things without much of the bad. He had 15 and 11 in 22 mins. He did have 3 turnovers.
For Orlando Noah Penda had zero issues playing with force. He looks bigger than what I saw him listed at and has a variety of skills.
Jonathon Isaac was there along with Banchero and other Magic players.

In the Wizards Jazz game there were a few players that ended up popping out. That Duybantsa guy looked pretty good I think we should sing him on a 2 way! Lol
Trey Johnson also had a nice game and Riley made some plays to see. The game for the wizards who fought of a nice comeback from he Jazz who were down like 2p and looked pretty lost in the first half.

The last game of the nice was the Clippers and Kings. Acuff was the guy I was most interested in watching. He started out slow but ended up having a nice game doing all the things. I thought he played with a lot of strength with is good.
I remember a lot of us really liked Clifford in the previous draft. He did play better toward the end but I was kinda disappointed in him as I figured he would really stand out in year 2.
There were some bigs that kinda stood out in teams of being pretty big athletic and did good things.
