This is one of those you better show up games. Not have a let down like the Saints who got torched against Atlanta. Or when the Bills came here and destroyed us when they were terrible. Got to bring it every week.

I don't expect Adam Thelien in this game.

Not sure what to think about Linval. Hopefully, he will be back in December.

The one thing I think we are all seeing is it is time the defense starts getting younger. Joseph and Rhodes could be cut. Wayne thought young not resigned.

Man I wish we could have gotten Ramsey, Rhodes is not who he was. Our DLine hasn't been consistent enough getting pressure either, having to rely on the blitz too much. Ever-son getting tired and old as well? I think he's got 5.5 sacks, which isn't bad, but not great either. Still with some drop offs here and there the defense was ranked 7th going into last weeks game. That is still OK. I'm more worried about our Guards, like I was in the offseason.

The price for Ramsey was pretty high and you have to pay him too. I don't think he was a guy that would put this team over the top to be a super bowl team so...I'd rather roll with the young guys we have.

These will be interesting decisions coming. The Vikings cut Robison because they were loaded at DL and they may have a similar situation coming up with Griffin and Linval. Will any of these guys be willing to take a pay cut to stay? What kind of deals could they get on the open market? Keep in mind the Vikings paid all these guys well and some before they had to. I think Griffin is still playing well but how much would I pay him? Idk. He only needs 6 sacks to become a FA. Part of the pass rush problems are also sometimes lack of push from the inside. Remember Zimmer typically likes a more controlled rush at times to keep QBs from getting outside the pocket. It doesn't feel like Hunter has been as good as I expect but he does have 8.5 sacks through 10 games which isn't bad. Lol
