In the heat of the moment weird stuff happens. I'm not sure if he missed it or was making sure the ump saw it. Tough injury for a guy pitching well at the end of his career on a playoff team. It looks like the twins will be getting rid of Peavy in their division...along with whoever else the sox get rid of. Peavy might be Hudson's replacement before long.
