2017 Free Agency
<t>With some of the deals going out, I think it may be better to lock in on potential role players and overpay them for one year contracts.<br/> Cole Aldrich<br/> Jamaal Crawford<br/> Zaza Pachulia<br/> Willie Reed (Probably don't have to overpay)<br/> Wes Johnson<br/> Mahinmi<br/> Eric Gordon<br/> ...

Re: Trading Bazz for a 1st
<t>Larry Nance Jr. and McGary definitely have more value around the league and arguments can be made for Plumlee, but I get your point, and it is a valid point. But, I just don't see Shabazz's fit on a winning basketball team, especially this one. He plays no defense, clogs the lane, and can't make ...

Re: Official 2016 Offseasont Thread (Free Agents/Trades/Front Office Moves)
<t>My offseason plan:<br/> Hire JVG as POBO and allow him to either coach the team himself, or allow him to hire a coach of his choice, which I think would likely be Thibs.<br/> <br/> Draft Buddy Hield at 5, but listen to offers, especially from the Nuggets if Sabonis falls to 10 (where they're curr...

Re: Official 2016 Draft Thread
Sabonis had a terrific game today. 21, 16, 4, and 2. Terrific offense and possibly even better defense. He is great at walling up. Really excited to see the Poetl vs. Sabonis on Saturday.

Re: Official 2016 Draft Thread
Dunn struggling tonight too. 2-7 from the field and really not impacting the game he usually does. The more I watch both the Wolves and college prospects, the more I'm inclined to go big in the draft (Poetl).

Re: Official 2016 Draft Thread
<t>I think it really is more of a continuance of past perceptions than anything really relevant now. In the past, Duke recruited white kids or black kids who went to private schools almost exclusively. The reputation they got from this strategy was a preppy, throw a fit when I don't get what I want ...
