New Orleans gets Dyson Daniels. Sorry, Lip.

Shaedon Sharpe goes to Portland! That's a little bit surprising, but he's an awesome talent. The Blazers appear to have their backcourt of the future with him and Anfernee Simons -- whenever Damian Lillard inevitably moves on.

Pacers have so many guards. Not a bad problem to have.

I don't exactly like his fit with the Kings, though. Domantas Sabonis and Murray operate in similar areas of the floor. Is Murray the three there? Or do you play him at the four and push Sabonis to the five? It'll be interesting to see how they manage those parts.
I messaged my friend who is a Kings fan. His response.
" Kings blew it again"
I didn't dig into these guys but it seemed like Ivy was the better player.
Sacramento should have either taken Jaden Ivey or traded out of that slot. I can't imagine they didn't have any appealing offers there. Keegan Murray is deserving of that pick, but it feels like there might have been a missed opportunity.

Dyson Daniels goes to New Orleans. That's the biggest reach of the night so far for me. Intriguing physical profile and he obviously sees the floor well, but I question if he'll ever be a threat from the perimeter. I think his shot will hold him back. Would love to be wrong.

San Antonio is drafting Jeremy Sochan with the 9th overall pick. That's a little early for me, but he might be the best defender in this class. If the Spurs can develop his offensive game, they'll have nabbed a real building block here.

Johnny Davis to the Wizards, I am curious as to who the Knicks pick.
Re: 2022 Draft GDT
Getting close to that next tier of players where some of the names potentially picked are guys this board covets.

Yeah, they're definitely loaded there. I don't expect Buddy Hield or Malcolm Brogdon to start the season with Indiana, though.
