I don't know MLB like the NBA or even the NFL but I'd guess that with only one trade deadline there will be some semi-interesting guys cut loose at some point when some teams are basically out of it and want to let a guy go to a playoff team. This is the first year of not having the waiver deadline so it's hard to predict but I think there could be some help on the way that would be somewhat worthwhile even in the post season. It would cost nothing in terms of prospects or probably meaningful salary. Obviously we want to aim higher but it's worth considering if they don't make moves some additions could still be made.

Correct!

Bauer from Indians to Reds.

Remember when Yasiel Puig seemed to be destined to be a star? Now he is just a starting OF that in FA got just a 1 year deal. Looks like Cleveland got a lot of stuff for Bauer.

I'm so happy the Indians made a move because that means the fan base will be piss if the twins stand pat. I just think Puig is a terrible fit for the Indians. They got two outfielders that strike out a crap ton. The piece of the trade I'm jealous of is Logan Allen another great future arm for the Indians. They really build the right way and no when to get rid of there superstars.

I just watched video of the Brawl. Garrett went all in! Cleveland has had so damn much starting pitching during this run of success they have had. If their guys return from injury and are successful they will have more than they know what to do with. Trading Bauer was probably somewhat easy which even with his issues might be kinda weird to say.

Sam Dyson to the twins for Prelander Berroa, Jaylin Davis and Kai-Wei Teng.

Davis 4th outfielder at best in the pros
Berroa has command issues
Teng I know nothing about but is having a good year in Elizabethtown

Great trade for the twins I think dyson was the best set up man available and we didn't even give up anyone in our top 15 for him.

Honestly it seems like a solid deal for both sides. Dyson has another year of arbitration also.

Any thoughts on adding Marcos Diplan from the Brewers?

Edit: Dyson has a black cat named Snuckles with its own Instagram account @snuckles47. It looks like they pretty much take him everywhere. Lol

Astros won the day. I would love to see them destroy the Yankees in the playoffs. We have the bats to win any game but pitching is hit and miss. We needed a work horse ace. Astros basically have 3 now.

Yep, here's the deal though this our first year of our window. Look what the astros did they went got Verlander in year 2 of there window. This offseason will be huge for the twins they need to get an Ace. Then you hope Brusdar and Jordy Blaze can become the pitchers there thought to be. I'm not kidding when I say Brusdar has Strasburg type stuff. Hopefully he's fully healthy now because he might be a September call up if he's.
