That doesn't fit. His game is more contact driven.

He got Nick Young from NBADraft.net

Bad comparison of games. Shabazz isn't like Nick Young in any way except he likes to put shots up.

I thought that. It was a bad comparison. It will be interesting if he turns into anything. What a fall from grace.

It cracks me up that 80% of this board sees Bazz as a bust when he hasn't played a minute of NBA basketball, he was drafted #14 (compare to John Henson, Marcus Morris, Patrick Patterson, and Earl Clark in the last 4 drafts), he's doing what he's asked to do, and he hasn't screwed up.

It is more that he dropped to 14 and then didn't show much in summer league. I think his ceiling is not very high. I hope I am wrong.

Of course it took me a Shabazz thread to get me back in the game.

My dream is that he models his game around Mitch Richmond and to a lesser extant Bonzi Wells (who someone had mentioned as a comparison a while ago). Both were strong guards who got overlooked a bit because of their size and were called unathletic. If he models his skill set and discipline to improve his D and work within the offense he in a dream world could achive Richmond level performance. I don't think Bonzi (also an Adelman guy) is too much of a stretch.

If Keith plays good D he might be worth a look at for that 15th roster spot.
