The Wolves are hanging in because of free throws right now. 17 attempts to the Pistons four. Everywhere else Detroit has the advantage. Minnesota can't rely on the whistle in the second half. Gotta make more shots and move the ball.

Let's not compare these guys anymore. Comparable athletically, but only one of them has heart

I think Edwards simply has more tangible basketball skills.

Obviously super early but I'm curious to see how long Jake layman holds on to his starting spot.

Did Layman only get one stint that half? Barely noticed him so far.

Edwards going off the dribble is going to be fun to watch.

Folks tried scaring us with that Wiggins slander but this kid is different

An ugly first half, but I had fun watching it. Maybe I just miss basketball.

Don't lose sight that one of our max players put up a 4-2-1 with a TO in the first half. Any normal second half from D-Lo and we win by double digits.

Yeah he's got that body with a handle. Both are unique athletes and are mediocre shooters, but the comparisons seem to end there for me.

He did a whole lot of nothing in the first half. I don't know how Jarrett Culver doesn't get in the starting lineup sooner rather than later either at the expense of Layman or Josh Okogie.
