Re: An Optimistic Scenario
I'm going to project a new win total for us at this point. I predict we go 33-22 the rest of the way and wind up an even 41-41 for the season. That might get us one of the last 2 seeds. Anybody down with that?

2 years ago the Pacers started 8-19 and went on to finish 38-44. They played in the East which helps but that season Paul George played 6 games and George Hill only 43. Rudez played 68 games. So....it's not that crazy to think we could go on a similar run.

I'm predicting 30-25 the rest of the way. Finish 38-44 and just miss the playoffs. A slight disappointment for the expected season but still leaves plenty of optimism for the next.

I don't think it's unreasonable. We just need to consistently win the games we're supposed to and snag some wins against formidable opponents... like the Atlanta Hawks.

I have tonight's game as a loss in my projected 9-5 record over the next 14 games. A win tonight would be HUGE and it's definitely possible.
