Either way we got a really talented player today.

This also makes the rest of the draft worth watching

Agree with yo (though I was torn between Dunn and Hield). I don't think we need to trade Dunn or Rubio just yet. Dunn hasn't played a minute in the NBA and Rubio is still a slightly above-average PG in the league. I could see Dunn playing some minutes at the 1 and the 2 this year, and if he really looks like he's going to pan out better than Rubio (no guarantee), then we can look to move Rubio before the trade deadline. Let's not jump the gun.

I also like Russell more than Dunn.

I wonder who we're dangling with Dunn to attract Butler

Don't get me wrong though...I'd be happy if we kept Dunn

Unfortunately we don't know if any of the rumored trades were actually ones on the table or media fabrications. Dunn is a tremendous fit with Thibs.

Saw you and hockey posted that before me. Hopefully all of us and our front office agree here.

Faried and Murray > Dunn and Bazz is an easy call though, and hindsight.

Russell > Dunn is a tough call but remains to be seen.

If it was a Dunn, Bazz, + filler for Butler sure, but that wont happen. If they want LaVine or Wiggins involved then Thibs has to run for the hills.

Offer Dunn, Shabazz, and a top 8 protected pick

If the Bulls want Dunn that bad, then I say we tell them we'll give them Dunn and someone not named Rubio/Lavine/Towns/Wiggins, take it or leave it

Bazz and pek

I'd be fine with that. If they don't get a great deal then hopefully they are smart and just keep Dunn. They can figure out the Dunn/Rubio situation later on. For all we know they might play really well together even.
