Kawhi proving when you have a shot at a top talent you go for it. His decision this offseason is as big as Durant's but it hardly seems like the media has made as big of a deal of it. Even if Toronto chokes this away and Kawhi walks what a playoff run it has been for them.

The Raptors (and GS injuries) are an example of why it can be worthwhile to actually go for it and try to be a team that can win a championship despite what seems like a formidable opponent. Personally I think Kawhi stays. It's a good roster with a good everything else and if you care about markets...dude has a whole country. Lol This series isn't over but the Raptors to their credit have been impressive.

I thought Durant would have come back "if it was just a strain" and in reality then Toronto has little chance. I really think Durant tore his calf.

Anyways, Toronto does have a very good roster. Ibaka decided to try again (maybe if the Wolves make it to the finals Wiggins would try?).

I'm not entirely sure but I think the taxes in Toronto is probably worse then even California. Something for Kawhi to think about.

Lots of folks have weighted in on the calf strain being a tricky injury although the term doesn't sound that bad. On one of the local ESPN stations they have Dane Todd a former Husker fullback who is now an orthopedic doctor on regularly and he has commented on this a few times. He said the timeline for a calf strain really varies and he said he wouldn't be surprised if Durant wasn't even able to play this series. It was always possible he would be out this long or longer. It seems like there is some actual optimism that he can play game 5 so we will see. Getting Loney back helps too but obviously not as much as a fairly healthy Durant.

I am pulling for KD to come back and show he is the man and see the Warriors win 3 straight. I also can relate to KD. I strained my calf Saturday docking the boat on Prior Lake. I am walking around and my calf feels like it has a constant charlie horse. I would still play with it though if the Warriors called.

They've been saying Durant has a calf injury but whenever you see him wrapped up it's more along his Achilles, and now tonight he goes down again grabbing his Achilles. He may have just put his career on the line

Cousins gave GS a nice lift in the 1st half. The only game they have won in the series he played well. They have to have a couple guys step up or this series is gonna be over.

It's a shame about Durant. It seems that there is worry it's worse than just a re-injury of the calf.

Gasol should have dove to the rim when that final play broke down to make Draymond pick him or Lowry. He was messing around with an illegal screen and didn't even get Lowry an open look. Steph was the weak side defender. That's an easy layup that they've been getting all series long with Steph on the weak side or it's an open 3 where Lowry doesn't have to rush it. Great game though. I'm over Toronto taking twice as many free throws every game though. Not many teams get the luxury to hang around in games they get outshot that significantly.

Did anyone else disagree with the timeouts Nick Nurse took? The Raptors were just rolling and the game looked to be over. Maybe he knew Kawhi was tired or something and wanted to get those timeouts in before he lost them but I would ha wanted to just keep going. Nurse has been terrific though but I wasn't a fan of that move but there is obviously some logic to it.

Credit the Warriors for extending the series one more game.
