We have one PG who barely looks awake most nights and another who is 30, but has been playing like he's 40 and Ryan wants to go faster!? I agree, that is nutty.

I agree completely but these are Ryan's words. Cam's also right that with young kids it is a recipe for disaster, but they dont care. Which is why I firmly believe that from the top down they are not at all concerned about losing right now. It's system, family, culture, brotherhood, and pace and not winning at all costs.
