I don't understand why the Wizards didn't just give him the max deal to begin with. They are gonna match. The Dunc'd on guys have been calling the Kings "The Sacramento leverages" here is the first confirmed example. Lol
Wouldn't the wizards have to pay him more if they were the ones to offer it to him? Asking, as I'm not sure.

Somebody talk Q off the ledge, please!
Wow, that's rather absurd for milsap Denver still needs a damn PG more than anything. Unless they're going point-center??? Is that a thing now? Murray/Harris/Chandler/Milsap/Jokic with the offense running through Jokic most of the time?

From what I have heard people think Murray is their PG of the future. That probably works pretty well next to Gary Harris. They do still have Mudiay too I personally don't have much hope for him though but he is still just 21.
With Porter getting the max it sure would be nice if there was a way to get Bogdanovic from the Wizards. He'd be a great combo wing to bring off the bench. I just don't think the pieces are there.

Jokic is legit. He probably is their point going forward. And that lineup you listed makes a lot of sense.

There is a way. Just sign him. The Wiz are not going to match. He's basically a UFA at this point with the Porter money tied up.
Sounds like 3 years 65 million for Gallo to the Clippers and the Nuggets and Clippers are working on a sign and trade. I wouldn't have felt comfortable paying Gallo that much with his injury history.
Per Woj
"Clippers and Nuggets using Atlanta to take on package of Diamond Stone, Jamal Crawford, and a first-round pick, sources tell ESPN."
That sounds like a pretty good deal for the Hawks. I wonder if they can end up flipping Crawford at some point for an asset.
