KCP, Simmons, Gasol, Noel, Rondo, Dedmon, Mirotic, Bazz, Tony Allen, JaMychal Green, Thabo, Jeff Green, . . . still plenty of names out there.
Afflalo, Miles, Ilyasova, Terry, heck even Derrick Rose could all go for pretty cheap this summer.
Who is left who has money? Not many teams. It's almost time to get a really good deal or two!

The Bogdanovic contract is just another example of the premium NBA teams put on 3-point shooting. It's an offensive, 3-point shooting League. The high scores in the playoffs this year further underscore that fact.
Your post includes some pretty good remaining players. The only ones I see signing here for the RE or less would be Jason Terry, Tony Allen, Thabo, and maybe Afflalo. The other guys will all get more, including MLE money in some cases. Of these, I'd sign Afflalo because he can defend AND shoot the three.
A couple other names to consider: Ian Clark and Aaron Brooks.
The Heat kept Ellington. I wanted him but I'm also happy he stayed there with a team that clearly made it work to keep him around. I was reading a couple people said his shooting improved a lot last year on the move.
There is still a lot of guys that can hit outside shots out there and a bunch of gen are 2 way players even if they aren't super amazing.
I just listened to a RealGM podcast and they were saying how RFA next year that aren't top guys are likely going to get squeezed and some of them may be or should be open to doing extensions this year. I'll be honest I really miscalculated just how much less money it was gonna be this year and the lower cap was a part but not all. It will be very interesting to see how the rest of the RFA play out and even guys like KCP and Bazz do that got renounced.

Toronto paid a hefty price to unload Carroll. The Nets get a vet guy that's probably useful to them but the picks are the value here. Carroll is over paid the next 2 years I'm not sure he would get the full midlevel right now if he was was on the market. It's a pretty big tax savings though. I wonder if this means they start Powell and play Derozen at SF.
The Nets now have I think less than 20 million in cap space. Things keep getting tighter for current FAs.

With money drying up it will be interesting to see where KCP ends up and for how much. There are only so many options for him to get plenty of money unless teams make some moves.
Carroll seems like a cautionary tale about signing guys coming off of career years in a contract year. While I think he's still a solid player, that was a really big contract he signed a couple years ago (not as big by today's standards).

The easy bet is Brooklyn, for 15-20 mil per. Was super surprised that Stan can spend 7mil per on Langston Galloway one week, and then renounce KCP the next week when Avery Bradley will cost the same/more next offseason and it likely will be with another team. KCP was their franchise. Drummond is never going to work. He's not Stans new Dwight. He simply can't let that go.
Alan Williams for 3 years and 17 million. That's a good deal for Phoenix. That dude was a double-double machine in limited minutes off the bench when they finally started playing him last year.

From what I have read he clearly outplayed Len down the stretch. That seems like a fair contract for both sides I'm happy for him they could have tried to lowball him a lot more although it would have been kinda silly given their cap situation. They should frontload that deal.

I'm interested to see what happens in Miami.
The crazy turnaround last season was sparked by Dragic's resurgence, Whiteside and a bunch of vets and unknowns on the last year of their deals. They played like they wanted to get paid.
I know Miami is really pumping up their "culture" led by Riley and Spo... but is it enough to keep Waiters striving for more... maintain James Johnson's unprecedented productivity... inspire Olynyk to live up the $50M deal... et al?
Pessimistic Abe isn't overly optimistic that the Heat will match last season's 2nd half brilliance.
