My cousin who's an nba agent who doesn't even like the heat told me that Miami will trade Dion and Jrich and they are now trying to figure out a pick to give to Minnesota trade will come soon

Wow. Well we will have guards and wings. @zacnba sounds like a trustworthy source.
So there's at least a chance the Wolves might be bringing Waiters AND Whiteside here?
Although, I feel like my soul has been too content for too long, at least since Rashad McCants went away. Maybe this is the universe's way of keeping me on my toes and stuff.

I'm sure we can find a few more outcasts to throw in the deal. Get a 3rd team involved.
The reason Richardson is so appealing is because he checks a bunch of boxes:
1. Plus level starting wing - YES
2. Old enough to know his way around, young enough to still improve - YES
3. Defends? - YES
4. Good Contract - YES, GREAT contract (Locked in at $10M/yr for the next three seasons)
No, he isn't the 3rd guy on a contending team....yet....but he's not that far from it either. He can help now AND potentially help even more in the future.
I'm a big incremental improvement type of guy as you guys know... (so it's not surprising why I'm not overly optimistic about Wiggins)... but why Richardson would be enticing.
The guy has shown signs of improvement in each of his three years in the league, with last season being his first as an every game starter. He's not a top player... but do we want to battle a three-headed monster fighting for glory/money moving forward or build around the team's star and supporting cast that works hard and meshes better?

Exactly. He's been on a solid trajectory and Miami has a strong system. Those guys play their butts off.
