Andrew Wiggins: "We've been at it for a long time. This is what Flip first wanted when I came here, it was all about the playoffs, making the playoffs, and we're finally there now. I know he's up there proud and I know everyone in Minnesota is happy."

I don't think anyone is unhappy about making the playoffs. It sure beats the alternative. But I'm sorry, i just can't get excited about an 8th seed and facing a likely sweep in the first round of the playoffs. After the past 14 years it's going to take more than that to get me to whoop it up. Ill watch the playoff games with anticipation, but let's be honest, we blew an opportunity to get to the 2nd round some time ago.

It's really too bad that Jimmy got hurt as the Wolves were on track for the 3rd seed but shit happens. Wiggins and Towns need to be here.

I was in a random Nicaraguan restaurant that had the game on, cheering and yelling the whole end of the game. Did I expect more? Hell yes. Am I happy being in the playoffs? Hell yes.

Here is the thing if it is like this next year or the next couple of years not going to be happy.

I got joy tonight for actual results on the court and not going the lotto balls go our way.

We will probably get swept but I will be excited to cheer my ass off in those upper deck seats in game 3.

I will cherish my first ever playoff game live in the arena. I'm content with that.

I hope the wolves get better but we finished 2 games out of the 3 seed with our best player missing a quarter of the season.

I'm happy tonight. And i'm not going to let the ultimate goal take over my joy today.
