This is the second or third time you've tried to make this point, but who the fuck did Thibs alienate???

Cam - Are you stupid? He just alienated the Bulls front office. (jk)

I know we aren't going to get him, but I will be dissapointed if there isn't some sort of rumor of an inquiry or an offer. Flip has got to at least kick the tires for the optics of trying to find a great replacement coach.

Not sure, just know that today's athlete isn't going to be happy for very long if he's being run into the ground.

Noah, Rose, Deng all loved him and they've been run into the ground more than anyone

Yep, we are not going to get him and I couldn't be happier.

I think it's fine to think he is not the right guy, but Flip has got to at least show in good faith that he cares about getting the best people for the respective positions in the organization. I know Flip probably believes he is a better coach than Thibs, but he is likely in the minority in this opinion.

Hoiberg to Chicago.
Thibs to somebody not named Minnesota.
Thank God we have Flip here implementing his mid-range offense.

Stokholm syndrome. That's the only excuse I can think of or they just genuinely believe his running them into the ground had no causation to their repeated injuries. They're built like the Warriors were last year under Jackson. Give them a new coach who gets it and I think it will take them to another level in the playoffs which they have been missing under Thibs.

I could see that. It will be interesting to follow for sure.

I guess we shouldn't want to be where the Bulls are at right now... being championship contenders and all. Who wants that? Not us.

Speaking of Mark Jackson, is anyone else enjoying having him analyze his old team that's now in the finals?
