- Kevin Love next to LeBron James.
- As noted, the Suns...
- I always enjoy watching Steph Curry for his unique style/creativity
- The West. No way it can match last year for quality. Right?
- The Heat without James. What kind of heart (and knees) does Wade have left?
- The Spurs. Yeah, it's so consistent to the point of being boring, but another 50+ win season to keep the streak alive is always something to stop and admire for a spell.
- Chicago. They've been close. How many times do they have to fall before they finally break through/collapse under the stress/onslaught from Thibodeau.

I look forward to seeing how the Target Center crowd reacts to Kevin Love when he first steps on the court. It doesn't matter which uniform he is in.

I'll extend the bet and give him another year to get to that next level, but the problem is it won't earn you a free place to crash in Chicago, since we're moving near Frankfurt, Germany. So if he takes that next step this year, you'll have to forget about about deep-dish pizza, tattooed hipsters, and the blues, and get ready for some bier, wurst, und lederhosen.

Dam Drew, I'm actually heading to CHI to watch the mighty All Blacks take on the US Eagles on Nov 1st. I could have taught you the haka and explained the only sport better than basketball.

What's the attraction in Germany?

I'll be watching the for the returns of Rose and Kobe. Rose would do so much for the league if he can regain his old form, and Kobe is just so fun to watch. Last year's NBA didn't seem whole without him.

On that note, did anyone else feel completely robbed that we didn't see Kobe in the 2013 playoffs? He basically willed that team in, and was playing his best basketball in quite some time. I fully expected the Lakers to make a run.

You expect the Lakers to make a run for what? A top three lottery pick? That roster is shit and Kobe knows it.

I'll be interested in watching how the Bucks perform. I want to see how Giannis and Parker will mesh on the floor as well as if Sanders can get his act together. A subplot on the Bucks in John Henson who has shown flashes of greatness but as overall been pretty disappointing, if he takes a step up than I think the Bucks may contend for one of the lower playoff seeds.

Bier!

Seriously though, my wife's from there, so we're moving to raise the kids closer to her family for awhile. We'll be right down the road from Dirk's hometown, actually.

Jesus Christ Cam, do you even read what I write anymore or do you just pick 3 words and make it up yourself? I clearly said "IN THE 2013 PLAYOFFS."

I didn't see that you said expected. That's my fault for not seeing past tense. Anyways, what kind of run were they gonna go on? They were matched up against a Spurs team that should have won the title. Maybe they win a game in the series if Kobe is back.
