Re: FA Predictions
The Spurs are going all out for the next two years as they want to win at least one more title while they still have Timmy and before Parker and Manu are past their prime. In three years, Aldridge, Kawhi and Green would still form a solid core but in the West they'll probably be no better than a 4th seed and hopefully we have surpassed them.

Re: FA Predictions
The David West deal seems like a bargain, but I think they should have been targeting a young guard instead of another old big man. West will be 35 and his stats dropped off last year. I don't know how long the Spurs think they can get by with an aging Ginobili and Parker.

The Spurs will probably sign a couple vet guards or some UFA that turns out to be good. It's hard not to expect that to happen the Spurs are ridiculous. Good for David West I've always liked that guy.
Edit: I guess the Spurs lost Bynes to the Pistons who supposedly are paying him around 3 years 20 million.

Re: FA Predictions
The Spurs the last two years have been reliant on Leonard stepping up. When he did they won the title. When he didn't last year they lost to the Clippers. He has to become the guy and Parker and Manu need to be secondary guys playing off Leonard for them to be successful now. He's still too passive on the offensive end.

@WojYahooNBA: Mo Williams agreed to a two-year, $4.3M deal with Cleveland, including a player option, league sources tell Yahoo.
Kinda fun Mo is back. I wonder if they will be able to keep Delly.

David West at the vets minimum is a bargain regardless of your team needs. That team just got incredibly deep at the forward position.
His contract certainly isn't holding them back from getting a guard.

I didn't want to start a new thread, so I'll throw this bit of FA news here. KG is excited as us, I guess...
