Al-Farouk Aminu gets $30 million for 4 years in Portland...how would this board light up if flip made that deal!

Unrestricted free agent point guard Mo Williams might be destined for a return to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Williams played in Cleveland from 2008-11. Since then, he's played for five different teams. He started last season with the Minnesota Timberwolves before getting traded to the Charlotte Hornets.

It's hard to fathom that a team winning only 16 games could have virtually no cap space. That's hard to do.

Shumpert, Delly and TT received their QO's and Mike Miller opted in. If James gets $24 million and Love gets $20 million, as rumored, I have the Cavs at $96 million (and I'm not including Hayward this time). I think the lux tax limit is $82 million, and the multiplier for calculating the tax is 1.5 (2.5 for repeat offenders). By my calculation, the Cavs are going to be on the hook for a $21 million luxury tax next season. Talk about being all in...yikes!

If there was ever a year to sit out the free agent frenzy... this could be the year.

The Wolves don't need to. Nobody expects them to be good. They only need to show improvement for a successful season. The roster is filled with young promising guys who need court time to develop.

And that keeps them out of the loop from paying huge sums to middling talents.

Yeah, it's kind of weird watching all this free agency talk, knowing that the Wolves are not in it whatsoever.

Taylor is going to make a lot of money over the next few years with so many players still on rookie contracts!

But don't you see some irony in this?

@WojYahooNBA: Yahoo Sources: Chicago Bulls, Mike Dunleavy agree to $14.4 million deal. http://t.co/Ral1AGmfbB

Just another relative bargain or at the very least a fair deal for Dunlevey.
