If we were going to take a flyer on someone questionable then I'd prefer to reach out to josh smith who is over in China. At least we know he loves basketball.
I have no respect for Sanders. He wants to come back to the game but not to the team he quit on and literally stole $ from? They agreed to a buyout with him and are paying him 1.9 mil per year through 2022. The league should step in and say " if you want to come back to the league then you can go play for the bucks through 2022."
Fuck Larry Sanders.
I would say at least whatever money he makes from another team each year should come off what the Bucks have to pay him that season.
As for Josh Smith...I think there are a few reasons he is playing in China over the NBA. I'd pass. I'd rather look for the next D-league gem or at least solid player. Find the next Sean Kilpatrick or Anthony Tolliver or Seth Curry etc.
