Again, this kid is doing stuff that is almost unheard of at the D-1 level in terms of his all-around play. Evan Turner is the last guy I can think of that was putting up these kinds of numbers, but he did it as a junior, not a freshman. I realize ET didn't turn out to be that great of a pro, but Russell definitely has a better outside shot, which is Turner's achilles heel.

Man, I really want this kid on the Wolves. Good times ahead for this franchise.

Yeah me too. A young trio of Rubio, Wiggins, and Russell would be extremely tough on opponents.

Okafor > Russell

Two offensive-minded players. Russell doesn't get to the rim enough for me to make the claim that he's best player of the class. Live by the jumper, die by the jumper. At least Okafor projects to get off a high percentage shot most of the time. Plus, he'd be paired with Rubio. Can only imagine how many dropoff dimes Ricky would give him.

Then you can pretty much bet the house on the Wolves drafting in position six.

Russell can get to the rim just fine. His court vision and passing is outstanding. Great rebounding too for a guard. 6 RPG. Plus he has shown flashes of being a great defender. He will develop that part of his game even more. To me he is the best overall prospect.

Give me Karl Towns and I'm happy.

I actually like Towns more than Okafor. I think that argument is going to be similar to the Wiggins v. Parker debate this past draft. One is clearly more offensively minded/polished but the other has the potential to be a better all around player (mainly because I think Okafor is a little slow footed on the defensive end). I haven't seen Russell play yet, but I am anxious to see him play. Mudiay is the semi-internatinal man of Mystery. I think this is shaping up to be a great with some top heavy talent. I hope we get one of the top 4 guys.

It's been any one of the top-five (Okafor, Towns, Johnson, Russell, Mudiay), but Towns and Johnson have been the two I've argued for the most. Clarified?
