Draft prospects - Who do we want?
Re: Draft prospects - Who do we want?
Would Portis and Payne not be redundant?

I think Portland thought that when they passed on Michael Jordan because they had Clyde Drexler.

Portis is 19 and already better than Payne.

Kaminsky does many things well, I don't know who portis is, but if cam likes him, he must be fantastic.

Wasn't he a running back for the Redskins?

I'm sensing a bit of sarcasm here, but I'm right more times than I am wrong.
And to be clear, I like Kaminsky also. I just like Portis more than him. He makes a positive impact on both ends of the floor. And judging off production, the two are equals on offense, which is Frank's biggest strength.

Re: Draft prospects - Who do we want?
Anthony Bennett's given me a sour taste in my mouth when it comes to drafting a PF from UNLV, but Christian Wood is an intriguing prospect. 6'11, 220-ish. 15.6 PPG, 10.0 RPG, 3.0 BPG, 1.4 APG. 51% FG, 74% FT. 19 years old. Sophomore.
He's had mainly weak competition because of the conference he's in, but he did have decent showings against three ranked opponents, including a 24/10 WIN against Arizona. Keep in mind Zona has a decent pair of bigs in Ashley and Tarczewski.

Can see a little Anthony Davis in Christian Wood if you squint a lot.
