Loyd--Kaminsky looks so smooth with the ball for a big man and such a nice shooting touch

Damn, reminds me of McHale in the 80's with the low post moves and the long arms. Is he a 4 or a 5 in the NBA?

Interchangeable on offense. On defense, he'll have struggles at both with different things.

Good game for Towns. Surprised they didn't double team him.

The handful of times they did, Towns passed out of it and it led to an open three point look. I assume ND didn't want to open that can of worms, so to speak.

This thought might comfort some of you: It might be a good year NOT to have a top 2 pick. No one appears to be a sure fire star, but guys like Mudiay, Winslow, and WCS might be great value picks. So even though we are going to win the lottery, in the rare even we don't we should get a really good player.

I'm not a fan of WCS, especially taking him in the top 5.

What makes him a player that you wouldn't take top-five? Who would you say is better?

I start considering WCS at 3 along with Russell and Winslow.

My feeling 'at this point' is that my top 4 (let's face it, we're likely to be top 4) is Towns/Okafer as my top choice, Russell 3rd, and WCS 4th. Beyond that I think I'd be equal on Mudiay, Stanley Johnson, and Winslow.

My reasoning on this is position+skill level for Towns/Okafor, skill level and decent need at SG/Combo for Russell, and then for WCS, he reminds me of Tyson Chandler who would fill a key defensive role for this team. Johnson and Winslow probably have similar upside, and Mudiay is probably the worst fit from a need standpoint, plus I've never seen him play beyond a couple youtube videos and a write up or five.
