What Flip Won't and Will Do this Summer

I think Flip drafts a rookie PG in the mid-later 1st round (via trade)

Lip, you probably missed the Funkadelic a week or two ago where Flip said that teams almost never reach out to the team with the #1 pick about trading up. He said what tends to happen is that teams wait for the team that has the #1 pick to reach out to them about a certain player on their team's availability in trade, then that team will counter by saying "yes, this player is available for the #1 pick" which is what would potentially start talks on something like that. But let's face it, we're not trading #1 beyond a trade to move 1-2 picks back, and even that's very unlikely.
