He's not the 16th best PG in the NBA. The ones you said are arguable aren't better than Wall. I have Wall as a fringe 10th best PG. Also, he's the cornerstone for the Wizards. They decided to lock him up and rightfully so. They need him and I think it's great they gave him an extension.

You have to like seeing a small market team lock up there allstar player... 16Mper is a little over pay but thats what chit teams have to do to keep great players...

IMO I don't think the sixteenth best PG should be getting max money. The only players on my list that I think are arguable to being worse than Wall are Conley, Dragic, Teague Lowery so even if those players are worse than Wall he is still not a top ten PG in the NBA
