I have a bad feeling Cleveland will change their mind and decide to keep Wiggins. I know Lebron runs the show and wants Love, but he's only 30 and I think in a couple years they could be right back in the finals with this team.

I'm pretty confident that CLE and MIN agreed to terms on a trade and that's why Wiggins was signed.

That's what I suspected too Cam, but wouldn't this have info have leaked by now?

Well, it has just not by names we've grown to trust. I saw a guy tweet about a Wolves official at a golf tournament saying the Wiggins/Love trade was agreed upon and that they were waiting the 30 day period per league rules. Now, how believable is that? I'm not sure, but that's what I'm expecting has already happened.

I think were too far down the rabbit hole to lose out on the deal at this point. What reason could either side have to pull out now?

Someone like Stephen doesn't have good sources. The good reporters get their info from reliable sources -- front office personnel or player agents. I would expect those sources to be tight-lipped about this deal given possible sanctions if leaked that a deal was done before the 30-day delay.

I suspect that both teams and all the agents involved really want this deal to happen and won't do anything to jeopardize it. Love desperately wants to play with LeBron in Cleveland. Wiggins has to see the Wolves as a much better opportunity for him given that he plays the same position as LeBron. Bennett and Waiters aren't happy in Cleveland. Waiters and Kyrie can't stand each other.

Even though I knew what you meant, Lip, you meant Wiggins instead of Waiters on your second sentence of the second paragraph.

Thanks Cam. That's what I meant. This deal is so completely in everyone's best interest I can't believe it won't happen. I'm with you in hoping Waiters comes here as part if the deal.
