Love the interview. RIcky is awesome and very intelligent. He also speaks quite frankly and honestly.

I think you underestimate the importance of the coach in pro basketball. Otherwise, how can you possibly explain the enormous improvement of the Phoenix Suns this year...it's not like they went out and got a bunch of elite free agents. It was all Hornacek. Teams tend to reflect the personality of their coaches, and I would argue that Phoenix and Minnesota are two great examples of this...one good and one bad.
