I'd start Slomo and put him on Gordon, keep KAT on the Joker. As long as KAT can stay out of foul trouble, keep him on the court for 45 minutes. Garza may have to give us 8-10.

Change your face FNG. We got a great team. They will compete.

Ant is going to have to score 50 and Garza 20 . KAT will foul out in 20 minutes playing time.
Re: Wolves at Nuggets R2G2
My concern is KAT getting in foul trouble and not having the option of switching Rudy on to Jokic. I do like wolvesfan's idea of getting Naz running and trying to wear down Jokic, although we can't completely dictate who covers who.
It would have been nice to even get him there for the second half.

And I'd do the opposite and put Slomo on Joker to start with KAT helping off Gordon. Of course KAT helping may make him just as foul-prone as guarding Jokic straight up, so may be they go with Slomo roaming off AG. We'll see what Finch does here.Coolbreeze44 wrote: ↑Mon May 06, 2024 8:38 pm I'd start Slomo and put him on Gordon, keep KAT on the Joker. Slomo would just be a speed bump trying to guard Jokic. Just not big enough.Q-is-here wrote: ↑Mon May 06, 2024 8:51 pmAnd I'd do the opposite and put Slomo on Joker to start with KAT helping off Gordon. Slow Mo is starting
Re: Wolves at Nuggets R2G2
True, but he can afford to get a couple of early fouls. KAT can't.Coolbreeze44 wrote: ↑Mon May 06, 2024 8:53 pmSlomo would just be a speed bump trying to guard Jokic. On the other hand, Slomo is probably a lot smarter defender than KAT when it comes to help defense - when to double Jokic and when to stay home on Gordon. So now I think you're right that KAT will start on Jokic.

Well, I'm certainly consumed by Wolvesy negativity. Like "of course this happens to them in the most important series in franchise history". But, maybe, just maybe, they'll be inspired to win one for Rudy and his newborn?

I'm not feeling confident about KAT's ability to not foul...
