Denver's first round pick DaRon Holmes tears his Achilles. At least he is a 1st round pick so he is gonna get paid some legit money but I always feel bad for rookies that have a major injury like this.

Ouch. Devin Carter, Sacramento's 1st round pick, is out for 6 months after shoulder surgery. While I feel sorry for the guys that got hurt, I don't feel sorry for the teams it happened to. Injury luck always plays a part in every NBA season and when injuries befall conference rivals....well, it's just good to be on the other side of that coin.
