He would be an interesting player to add if the Wolves moved Randle. He is having a pretty nice statistical season at least offensively for the Sixers. I don't know why they would move him unless they were getting something worthwhile back.

I figure it might be due diligence as part of a much larger trade.

For many of the reasons listed previously, I think there is a better than 50-50 chance Randle is traded by the deadline.

I’m not sure if the Fox news (hmmm?) would help or hurt my secret desire to bring back JMac.

Right now he’s probably the fourth option at PG, and if Fox’s trade return doesn’t bring back a PG, that moves JMac up a notch. However, if the Spurs are the team Fox wants to re-sign with, there is a decent chance that Stephen Castle is coming back. Even if he isn’t, it might signal the beginning of the Kings heading into a few years of rebuilding, and they wouldn’t really need JMac anyway.

Yeah, never heard of him frankly. But last night he put up a 28/7 with 3 steals!

Shrink, I'm with you on the JMac love. My heart loves the old school pure PG that is a set-up man first and foremost and a reluctant scorer even though my head knows that a legit scoring threat is ultimately the best PG to pair with Ant. But Ricky Rubio, Tyus Jones, and JMac have all been favorites of mine. Good things always seemed to happen when they stepped on the court for the Wolves!

I am sure I remember him from the French Olympic team this past summer. He played well, and obviously has a Rudy connection. Since I am convinced Randle will be moved, he would be a good addition for big man depth.

The Los Angeles Clippers are trading PJ Tucker, Mo Bamba, a future second-round pick and cash to the Utah Jazz for Drew Eubanks and Patty Mills, sources tell me and @BobbyMarks42.

How can people forget he was a first round pick in Boston by Ainge and he was supposed to be a Draymond Green type. He wasn't good but went to Europe and over the years clearly got better. A bunch of teams are probaly kicking themselves for not signing him in the off-season although I don't think anyone saw him playing this well.

What is the board consensus on trading McDaniels?

I am totally opposed to it, he and Ant have great chemistry. I understand why people get frustrated with his lack of improvement in regards to fouling and efficiency. However his defensive tenacity is a huge asset, his postseason defensive run last year will forever be one of my favorite Wolves memories.

If TC trades him away for a Fox rental I will have a hard time understanding his vision for this team. He's built a defensive culture here, we are stuck with Rudy for a few more years, McDaniels just makes so much more sense.

Anyways, my hope for the deadline is moving off Randle and keeping the Detroit pick. I feel if Finch gives our young guys (Dillingham, Minott, Clark, and TSJ) more run we have all the pieces we need to succeed.

The only reason I want to move off Randle is so we can resign Naz and NAW
