Most professional athletes use performance enhancing drugs. The key is to use them up to a level that doesn't get you suspended. It's a science. Say a level of 10 in your blood would result in a positive test, the goal is to raise it to 9 without going over the threshold. I'm sure Lebron and his team have it all figured out. I have to believe PED's create an advantage in most sports, but there is no question with baseball. It's had dramatic influence on the performance of both hitters and pitchers. If you don't believe that, ask yourself the question of why they are used.

KAT is elite at getting to the basket, but almost every time he does, he ends up on the floor leading to a 5 on 4 going the other way. It's one of the things that has always bothered me about him...he might give up as many points as he scores on his drives. Case in point: late in the first half he scores on a drive but falls, and NAW hits an open three at the other end.

That along with not being able to punish smaller guys on him in the post. That's one refreshing change with Randle. He has mastered the ability to body smaller guys up and clear out space without drawing offensive foul calls whereas KAT's stray voltage and flailing worked against him.

The Knicks could be in some trouble here.....

Sometimes I wonder if TJ Shannon is to us what Kuminga was to Golden State. I hope not, as I want us to benefit from Shannon's strengths, not some other team!

The difference is Kuminga was straight in the doghouse. TSJ got opportunity and played bad, hopefully next season (or if he gets a chance in the playoffs) TSJ balls out

I do hope Finch sees how frightening Ayo and TSJ could be together as a lightning speed change of pace transition offense.

Personally, I want to see a Ayo/TSJ/Jaden/Naz/Beringer line-up get a run together. I think it'd be fantastic. Completely chaotic and fantastic.

Just seeing what the wolves are doing right now to the Nuggets, I'm convinced TJ would kill them. Bones has earned his minutes, so it's hard to say he should in favor of Shannon but it's a tempting thought imo

He could even run all 3 together.

Bones/Ayo/TSJ/Jaden or Naz/Beringer

That's a young and gun team.

I just want to watch 3-5 minutes of it!

2 questions about Kuminga that could keep him from being more than a nice bench player.

1. Inconsistent 3 point shooter basically his whole career. Being a forward than doesn't make 3's limits his value.

2. Who does he guard? I've never got the sense he was a particularly good defensive player. He seems to have plenty of physical tools (unless he has to play all his minutes at PF) but I haven't seen that he has arrived there but he is still young.

He also just seems like a young player that hasn't really put it together. He is young so there is time and he can still help a team. The Hawks are kinda fun they have sorta pieced together a team from deals here and there. I'm cheering for them against the Knicks.

As for TSJ I think he needs to get healthy and he will break through in one way or another next season. Maybe he won't be a star but a nice rotation piece that can make an impact more often than not would be pretty nice.
